Vampiric Touch is a level 3 necromancy spell. This spell allows spellcasters at melee range to siphon the life force of their target.
Description
Touch an enemy to siphon their life force and regain half as many Hit Points.
For 10 turns, you can use Vampiric Touch again without expending an additional Spell Slot.
Properties
At higher levels
Upcast: Casting this spell at a higher level deals an extra 1d6
Necrotic damage for each Spell Slot Level above 3rd. Condition: Vampiric Touch
Duration: 10 turns
- Each turn, using an Action, can recast Vampiric Touch without expending a Spell Slot.

- Class Level 5: Warlock, Wizard, and Circle of the Land (Swamp)
