Grindo Biggs is a rock gnome member of the Church of Gond, found enslaved in the Steel Watch Foundry.

Grindo Biggs can be found on the lab floor of the foundry battling Black Gauntlet of Banes and Steel Watchers. Around his neck is a 
Kill Collar, which must be disabled by activating a 
Motivator held by one of the Black Gauntlets.
If saving him as part of the quest 
, he runs out of the lab and gathers with the rest of the Gondians outside of the foundry.
