- Can be cured by Lesser Restoration, Remove Curse and Lay on Hands: Cure.

- Gained when Astarion uses Vampire Bite on a Humanoid or when the player character asks him to feed on them before taking a Long Rest.

Amulet of Silvanus can be used to cast Lesser Restoration once per Short Rest.
