Idle banter edit

Brother Clements and Brother Bill can be heard arguing about Father Lorgan's harbouring of refugees.

Brother Bill: I warned the Temple of exactly this. Exactly this.

  • Brother Clements: Ilmater's edict is to welcome all into his embrace. Salve all suffering.
    • Brother Bill: By allowing his faithful to suffer the most?
      • Brother Clements: It is not for us to decide who deserves Ilmater's grace.
        • Brother Bill: Why not? We are his adherents - who would know if not us?
          • Brother Clements: To claim to know the lord's will is blasphemy. We interpret scripture and teachings - but we know nothing.
            • Brother Clements: I'll hear nothing more against Father Lorgan.
              • Brother Bill: I've nothing against Father Lorgan, Ilmater rest his soul. But his methods need to rest with him. We need change.
