Arensen

Fist 'Edge' Arensen is a human fighter and a member of the Flaming Fist. He can be found in the Lower City in Act Three.

Involvement

Arensen is working as the executioner at the gallows outside the Basilisk Gate Barracks. He also acts as a towncrier, occasionally shouting out warnings and moral teachings for bypassers to hear.

If the player has started the  Free Counsellor Florrick quest by reading an Execution Notice, and has no clues on counsellor's whereabouts, they may talk to Arensen and ask him about her.

If Florrick is executed, Arensen completely agrees with the propaganda about her treason, and after Gortash is defeated, he ruefully concludes that the city's future is forfeit.

Companion approval

While speaking to Arensen for the first time, the player character gets additional dialogue options that might bring some approval / disapproval points from various companions:

• Arensen: Eyes front and keep your nose clean, newcomer - a noose and a short drop is how we deal with troublemakers.
