Fist Bella is a Flaming Fist soldier in Wyrm's Rock Fortress.

Involvewment

Bella is present during Enver Gortash's coronation.

Spend 6 m / 20 ft of your movement. For the rest of your turn, roll ranged damage twice and use the highest result.

 Ensnaring Strike (Ranged) ()   –  Heavy Crossbow

Normal weapon damage Your attack summons thorny vines, dealing Weapon Damage and possibly  Ensnaring your target. Ensnared creatures cannot move and take 1d6Piercing damage at the start of each turn. An ally can use their Help Action to try and tear away the vines.
