Dissonant Whispers is a level 1 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to fill a target with terror and deal Psychic damage to them.

Description

Frighten a creature: it will be easier to hit and cannot move.

On a successful Wisdom saving throw, the creature only takes half damage.

At higher levels

Upcast: Deal an additional 1d6 Psychic damage per level.

Condition: Frightened
