Young Mud Mephits are a type of Elemental creature created by Ancient Mud Mephits during Act One in the secluded Decrepit Sanctuary. Far weaker than their mature counterparts, they serve only to hinder whoever they attack through numbers and the muddy patches they leave behind in death. As a summoned creature, they give no Experience or drops.
