Notes

• Contrary to the item's description, as of Patch #3, the Baneful Strike effect applies a 1d4 penalty to all Saving Throws for its duration.
• This is supposed to have a DC 13  Charisma saving throw, but applies regardless of the save.
• It stated "against the wearer's spells". But it doesn't matter whether it is wearer's spells or not.
