Tieflings are a playable race in Baldur's Gate 3. Touched by the Hells, tieflings are resistant to fire and carry extraordinary Infernal powers.

 Hellish Resistance

Your blood protects you from flame, abyssal or otherwise. Gain Resistance to Fire damage, taking only half damage from it.
