Liam is a Human NPC that is trapped in the torture rack by the Shattered Sanctum. Torturer Spike will be torturing him for the information about the Emerald Grove.

Liam is part of the adventurers that followed Aradin to the Shattered Sanctum to Find the Nightsong. According to Remira, Liam was the first to charge at the goblins, but the rest of the adventurers did not follow him.
Liam can be freed by either killing all goblins or convincing Torturer Spike to leave. If successfully released, he will run away through an obscure path in the same room.
