Wild Magic: Fog

Wild Magic: Fog is a Wild Magic Sorcerer free action which is randomly used when triggered by a  Wild Magic roll; it allows them to spontaneously create a fog around themselves that blinds every creature inside it.

Description

Create a cloud of fog around yourself. Creatures within are  Heavily Obscured and  Blinded.
