Wild Magic: Cats and Dogs is a Wild Magic Sorcerer free action which is randomly used when triggered by a  Wild Magic roll; it randomly transforms every creature around the user into either a cat or a dog.

Description

Each creature within 9 m / 30 ft is randomly transformed into either a cat or a dog.
