Veteran Raider

Githyanki veteran raiders are a stronger version of the Githyanki Raider archetype encountered throughout Baldur's Gate 3.

Involvement

Veteran Raiders are Dexterity-based Battle Master Fighters. They are foot soldiers, that specialise in wielding crossbows. The raiders are equally deadly at close quarters and long distances.

Githyanki Raiders can spend up to five Superiority Die on Battle Manoeuvres:

8 Temporary hit points

Expend a superiority die to bolster the resolve of a friendly creature. It gains an additional 8 Temporary Hit Points

 Trip Attack (Ranged) ()

Normal weapon damage + Superiority Die Weapon damage A powerful shot that possibly knocks the target  Prone.
