If you attack Omeluum as soon as you see him by dialogue choice in Act 1 (gith's option in my experience), then oath become broken too

While not a vital mention, it is important to note that killing the flaming fists and steel watcher that guard the south spawn checkpoint in act 3 also seemingly triggers oathbreaking.
After checking, I have found it only occurs if you attack them without paying 200 gold and the steel watcher attempting to arrest you.

Act 3 Oathbreaking action as Dark Urge edit
In act 3, after defeating Orin as the Dark Urge, if you kill certain bhaal cultists after the fight it will break your oath. Not sure the reasoning between them, but it seems to trigger if you start combat, and kill one of the cultists that started with sanctuary. 76.100.100.194 22:12, 18 May 2025 (CEST)
