Shadow Teleport (Meazel)

Shadow Teleport is a bonus action that lets a Meazel instantly teleport to an obscured location, along with a victim restrained by  Garrotte.

Description

Teleport to a shadowy location. If you are  Garrotte a creature, it teleports with you.
