Multiattack is an action available to Vampire Spawns that allows them to make two attacks against a target that is  Blood-Sapped or below 50% hit points.

Description

Aim multiple attacks at a target. Each attack deals 2d4Slashing damage.

Notes

• This attack cannot target Astarion. Against Astarion, vampire spawn are limited to using their basic  Claws attack which does non-lethal damage to him.
