Martial Arts: Dextrous Attacks is a Monk passive which makes attacks with Monk Weapons and unarmed attacks scale with Dexterity instead of Strength, if the user's Dexterity is higher.

Attacks with Monk weapons and unarmed attacks scale with your Dexterity instead of your Strength if your Dexterity is higher.

Notes

• This overrides the effect of  Shillelagh and Melee Caster, even if the character's Spellcasting modifier is higher, and the effect of  Bind Pact Weapon/ Bind Hexed Weapon/Mephistopheles Tiefling  Flame Blade, even if the character's Charisma is higher.
• Even though this feature can make some types of non-finesse weapons behave like Finesse weapons, it does not allow them to be used with  Sneak Attack.
