Mapped Terror: Disease is a level 4 illusion spell. This spell frightens a target with the inexorable terror of disease, inflicting a vicious rotting disease upon them. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Description

Exploit the target's mapped fear to  Frighten it and inflict  Flesh Rot upon it.

• Flesh is decaying.
• Disadvantage on Ability checks and Saving throws using Charisma.
• Vulnerable to all damage.
• DC 15  Constitution saving throw to remove condition when the duration ends, otherwise it is reapplied.

• The affected creature cannot move. Frightened creatures also have Disadvantage on Ability checks and Attack rolls.
