Levitate is a movement action and illithid power available to Full-Illithids and other mind flayers. It allows them to fly to distant location with a small, fixed movement cost.

Notes

• Partial-Illithids have the similar ability  Fly. This upgraded version has a fixed  Movement Speed cost that does not scale with distance travelled.
