The camp can be found in Rivington east of the Abandoned Windmill at X: 102 Y: -12. Upon arrival at the camp, the party can find Ulma, the leader of this group, performing a ceremony before the funeral pyres of the slain.
Bearing witness to the funeral ceremony grants the following inspirations:
