Frell Olsin is a human member of the Church of Gond, found enslaved in the Steel Watch Foundry.

Involvement

Olsin can be found on the main floor of the foundry battling Black Gauntlet of Banes. He wears a Kill Collar, which must be disabled by deactivating a Motivator held by one of the Black Gauntlets.

If saving him as part of the quest  Save the Gondians, he runs out of the lab and gathers with the rest of the Gondians outside of the foundry.
