Where to find

• Can be crafted via Alchemy by combining Vitriol of Weavemoss (procured from Weavemoss) and any Sublimate.

Notes

• When the effect of this elixir is removed (i.e. when drinking a different elixir), the affected character loses a level 1 spell slot, prioritizing an already expended slot. If having expended at least one level 1 spell slot, there is no harm in replacing this elixir (or benefit in keeping it).
• A warlock still gets a spell slot of the elixir's level and can cast spells up to that level using the elixir's slot instead of a Pact Magic slot.
