Dwarven Thrower is a passive feature that grants extra damage on oversized creatures, if the wielder is a Dwarf.
Description
A Dwarf throwing this warhammer deals an extra 1d8
damage. If the target is a Large, Huge or Gargantuan creature, the strike deals an additional 2d8 damage.

- Being disguised as a Dwarf when equipping the
Dwarven Thrower also activates the effect.
