Belford Willoughby is a human who supervises his father, Harvard Willoughby, at the Elfsong Tavern.

Belford has different dialogues with the player character depending on whether or not they have won the comedy contest, Laff Riot, against his father.
Notes and References edit
- It is possible that Belford's name is a reference to the word "belfry," referring to the structure enclosing a bell atop a bell tower or steeple. This would hint at the other two steps required to summon Harvard Willoughby (Nature's Vengeance) after the death of his father, Harvard Willoughby.
