Wild Magic: Vine Growth is a Wild Magic Barbarian free action which is randomly used when triggered by a 
roll; it causes plants and vines extend from the user, creating difficult terrain to creatures near them. This area of effect is centered on the user and moves with them for up to ten turns.
Description
Flowers and vines spread outward from you in a radius of 
5 m / 17 ft creating 
for everyone other than you.
Condition: Wild Magic: Vine Growth
Duration: 10 turns
- Surrounded by flowers and vines
- Until the end of the barbarian's Rage, the ground within 5 m / 17 ft is for everyone other than the barbarian, halving Movement Speed
