Shatter Psyche

Shatter Psyche is an action and Illithid Power available to Partial-Illithids. This ability is a more potent version of  Fracture Psyche which is granted after a creature under the effect of Fracture Psyche dies. It reduces the  Armour Class and Saving throws of the target by two instead of one.

Description

Invade a target's mind and disrupt its defences. The target's  Armour Class and Saving throws are reduced by 2.

• Killing a target under the effect of Shatter Psyche does not grant another use of the action. It can only be cast once per use of  Fracture Psyche.
