Description
Deal damage to a creature each turn. At the start of its turn, it takes damage. Each subsequent time it takes damage, the damage type of Phantasmal Force changes to match that damage type.Properties

- When multiple damage types are dealt in a single hit, base damage type is used. An affected enemy hit by a Mourning Frost attack using the Callous Glow Ring changes the spell damage to 1d6. In other words, neither the staff's cold bonus damage nor the ring's radiant damage is used, as can be seen from examining the combat log.
