Lowa is a rock gnome member of the Church of Gond, found enslaved in the Steel Watch Foundry.

Involvement

Lowa can be found on the lab floor of the foundry talking to Black Gauntlet Tamia Holzt, and later battling Black Gauntlet of Banes. She wears a Kill Collar, which must be disabled by deactivating a Motivator held by one of the Black Gauntlets.

If saveing her as part of the quest  Save the Gondians, she runs out of the lab and gathers with the rest of the Gondians outside of the foundry.
