Garrotte is a class action used by meazels in Tactician difficulty and above which violently restrains and silences its target. Compared with the Balanced difficulty version, this action has an additional restraining effect.

Wrap a shadow rope around a creature's throat, Garrotting Garrotting and Restraining Restraining it.
