Create two linked teleportation portals within range. All creatures, including enemies, may travel between the two portals as a free action.

Other ways to learn:

• There are no scrolls available for wizards to scribe to their spellbooks.

Notes

• The portals last 10 turns or until concentration is broken.
• The game's pathfinding automatically navigates through a portal if it is the shorter route.
• Using a portal is a free action and can be done an unlimited number of times per round.
