Arcane Echomalefaction is a passive feature which applies reverberation on enemies after applying a condition.
Description
When the wearer inflicts a condition upon a hostile creature, they also inflict 2 turns of See: Bugs]

Duration: 2 turns
- Affected entity has a -1 penalty to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution Saving throws per remaining turn.
- When the entity has 5 or more turns of Reverberation, it takes 1d4Thunder damage and must succeed a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or fall . The condition is removed afterward.

- Arcane Echomalefaction is limited once per attack, and only affects a single target each time it is triggered.
- If a condition is applied to multiple targets at a time, it triggers on the one that received the condition first.
- Knocking an enemy
Ice created by the boot's wearer, does not trigger Arcane Echomalefaction.

Bugs
- Due to a hidden condition which gets applied when a ranged weapon attack misses, this passive effect applies even though it appears it should not.
