Fist Helena is a rock gnome Flaming Fist in Act Two. She can help the party during the Assault on Moonrise Towers Assault on Moonrise Towers.

If Isobel Isobel is saved at the Last Light Inn, and once the Aylin Nightsong has been freed from her cage and heads for Moonrise Towers, Helena, along with the Flaming Fists Nipawa Nipawa, Rhed Rhed and Ulthred Ulthred survives the first assault and assists the party in the remaining battle against the Absolute forces.
