Ogro Nettles is a rock gnome member of the Church of Gond, held hostage at the Iron Throne by Enver Gortash.
Involvement
If entering the Iron Throne, Enver Gortash's triggers explosions that collapse the building. Ogro Nettles is trapped in the northern-most cell of the two western cells, alongside Ceres Olsin and Zumbo Pumbo. Once freed, he dashes towards the Submersible to escape.
Combat

Ogro Nettles will only use Dash every turn, with the help of the 
condition which is applied when the cage is opened.
