The Hat of the Sharp Caster is a rare Helmet that rerolls the die(s) on spell attack rolls if they are a 1 or 2.
All you need now is a holster for your wand, tobacco to chew, and some sort of pack animal to ride, and you'll look like a complete and utter bingus.
