Lowa is a rock gnome member of the Church of Gond, found enslaved in the Steel Watch Foundry.
Involvement
The party first finds her battling Black Gauntlet of Banes in the main floor of the foundry. Around her neck is a 
Kill Collar, which must be disabled by activating a 
Motivator held by one of the Black Gauntlets.
If the party manages to save her as part of the quest Save the Gondians, she will run out of the lab and gather with the rest of the Gondians outside of the foundry.
