Cloud Giant Finger is an Alchemical Ingredient. Combine 3 of these to grind them into Salts of Cloud Giant Fingernails, which is used to make Elixir of Cloud Giant Strength.
The blood on this finger has clotted in strange swirling patterns - like a grotesque facsimile of cumulus clouds.
