As of now, the ability does NOT work with a Dragonborn´s breath attack. The channel charge WILL be depleted, alas it does NOTHING. So far I even managed to do 2 out of 2-12 damage with it. (early game enemies, no resistances whasoever). The game recognizes the breath as lightning damage and asks for the apllication, but when I click yes the charge is consumed without affecting the damage at all -.-
