Sylvan Scimitar is an uncommon +1 Scimitar that allows its wielder to use their Spellcasting Ability modifier instead of their Dexterity modifier to determine their Attack Roll bonus.
Everything moves strangely in the Feywild, from rivers to behaviours. It's a mercurial place, where the magical and physical can pass permeably through one another.
