The holder of this item gains:

Notes

• BUG: As of Hotfix #9, the Defensive Attack special effect upgrades Attack roll Critical Fail of 1 to Critical Success of 20. It happens because of a bugged interaction between the Enchantment reduction portion of the effect and the roll values of 1.
