Involvement[edit | edit source]

Lowa can be found on the lab floor of the foundry battling Black Gauntlet of Banes. Around her neck is a Kill Collar, which must be disabled by activating a Motivator held by one of the Black Gauntlets.

If saveing her as part of the quest Save the Gondians Save the Gondians, she runs out of the lab and gathers with the rest of the Gondians outside of the foundry.
