Frell Olsin is a human member of the Church of Gond, found enslaved in the Steel Watch Foundry.

Olsin can be found on the main floor of the foundry battling Black Gauntlet of Banes. Around his neck is a 
Kill Collar, which must be disabled by activating a 
Motivator held by one of the Black Gauntlets.
If saving him as part of the quest 
, he runs out of the lab and gathers with the rest of the Gondians outside of the foundry.
